• Emergency Assistance (where available)

Services may vary depending on location and vehicle type.

3. Booking & Appointments

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Service appointments are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will be notified of any schedule changes.

4. Pricing

• Service prices are displayed before booking whenever possible.
• Additional repairs or spare parts required after inspection will only be carried out with customer approval.
• Prices may vary depending on vehicle make, model, and condition.

5. Payments

We accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Cash
• Digital Wallets

Full payment must be completed before vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments before the scheduled service time.
• Late cancellations may incur applicable charges.
• Pickup and delivery charges, if any, may not be refundable after dispatch.

7. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

If pickup and delivery services are offered:

• Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible.
• Valuable items should be removed before handing over the vehicle.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

8. Inspection & Additional Repairs

After inspection, our technicians may identify additional repairs.

• No additional work will begin without customer approval.
• Refusing recommended repairs may affect vehicle performance or safety.

9. Spare Parts

• Genuine or OEM-quality spare parts are used whenever available.
• Alternative parts may be used only with customer consent.
• Availability of parts may affect service completion time.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible services and parts.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Customer misuse
• Accidents
• Improper maintenance
• Third-party modifications

Warranty duration depends on the service or replacement part.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle details.
• Disclose known vehicle issues.
• Remove valuables before service.
• Collect the vehicle promptly after service completion.

12. Delays

We strive to complete services on time; however, delays may occur due to:

• Parts availability
• Technical issues
• Weather conditions

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

14. Insurance

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance where required.

Insurance claim assistance may be provided where applicable but claim approval remains subject to the insurer's terms.

15. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

• Provide false information.
• Abuse or threaten staff.
• Misuse the website or mobile application.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Violation may result in suspension of services.

16. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and improve customer experience.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics, and software, is the property ofMMC   and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
